均压防灭火技术在山西河曲晋神磁窑沟煤矿的应用

摘  要:为了解决晋神磁窑沟煤矿采空区自然发火,有毒有害气体涌出和回风隅角低氧问题,提出了在煤矿井下对采空区两端压差进行调整的方法,对晋神磁窑沟煤矿通风系统的现状进行分析测定。依据均压防灭火机理,设计晋神磁窑沟煤矿均压防灭火工艺的方案,保持采空区两端压力平衡,达到防止向采空区漏风供氧的目的。利用8个2×75 kW(4用4备用)的局部通风机对工作面进行通风,减少了调整窗口的面积,从而增加了工作面的压力。研究发现:在13108工作面均压防灭火系统投入使用后,通过风窗调节,13108进风顺槽和回风顺槽的压差降低至20 Pa,采空区内部与外部的压力平衡,13108工作面回风隅角及工作面回风顺槽CO气体浓度降为0,O 2的浓度都有明显提升,证明均压系统起到了较好的效果。To solve the problems,including the spontaneous combustion in goaf,toxic gas emissions,and low oxygen in return air corners in Ciyaogou Mine,a method was proposed to adjust the pressure difference at both ends of the goaf.The current ventilation system in the mine was analyzed and measured.Based on the mechanism of pressure balanced fire prevention technology,a plan was designed for the mine to maintain the pressure balance at both ends of the goaf,thereby preventing air leakage and oxygen supply to the goaf.Eight local ventilation fans of 2×75 KW(4 in use,4 in standby)were utilized for working face ventilation,reducing the area of adjustment windows and consequently increasing working face pressure.Research findings showed that after implementing the pressure balanced fire prevention system at the 13108 working face and adjusting the air windows,the pressure difference between the 13108 intake and return air gateways decreased to 20 Pa,achieving the pressure balance between the interior and exterior of the goaf.The CO concentration in both the return air corner and return air gateway of the 13108 working face decreased to zero,while O 2 concentrations showed a significant increase,demonstrating the better effect of the pressure balanced fire prevention system.
