摘 要:采用离散元PFC2D数值模拟软件,针对潘津煤矿浅埋特厚硬煤层目前2.8 m采高的开采条件,以及未来4.0 m大采高综放开采两种情况,研究不同含矸率下的顶煤放出体形态特性和冒落规律,优化确定合理的放煤工艺与参数,以提高浅埋特厚硬煤层综放开采的资源采出率。在目前机采高度2.8 m的条件下,确定放煤步距为0.6 m,采用多轮间隔放煤方式,含矸率5%关门时可保证顶煤放出率达到85%以上,同时保证资源采出率达到87%以上;在未来采用4.0 m大采高条件下,确定含矸率为10%关门时的单轮间隔放煤方式,可保证顶煤放出率大于84%,资源采出率大于85%。The discrete element PFC2D numerical simulation software was used to study the morphological characteristics and caving law of the top coal drawing body under different gangue contents in Panjin Coal Mine,aiming at the current mining conditions of 2.8 m mining height and the future 4.0 m mining height of shallow buried extra-thick and hard coal seams.The reasonable top coal caving technology and parameters were optimized to improve the resource recovery rate of the fully mechanized caving in the shallow buried extra-thick and hard coal seams.Under the current mining height of 2.8 m,the coal caving interval was determined to be 0.6 m,adopting the multi-round interval coal drawing method.When the gangue content reached 5%,the top coal recovery rate could be guaranteed above 85%while maintaining the resource recovery rate above 87%.In the future,when the mining height is 4.0 m,the single-round interval coal drawing method with 10%gangue content can ensure the top coal recovery rate above 84%and the resource recovery rate above 85%.
