摘 要:在需求不确定背景下,考虑突发事件致使主供应商和分销中心出现中断情形下供应链网络的设计问题,以韧性提升和总成本最低为目标,研究多源采购、应急供应、直接配送到店和零售商备用库存4种韧性措施不同组合的最优供应链网络设计问题。利用两阶段随机规划和SAA方法进行模型的求解,并对主供应商和分销中心的不同中断程度、市场需求规模变化和零售商的最大处理量变化下韧性供应链网络设计最优结果进行敏感性分析。最后通过对比分析,得出韧性供应链网络设计的最优策略。Supply chain resilience is crucial for supply chain network design.In the context of demand uncertainty,this study investigates the design of supply chain networks considering disruptions to primary suppliers and distribution centers caused by emergency events.With the objectives of maximizing resilience and minimizing total cost,the study explores optimal supply chain network designing with different combinations of four resilience strategies:multi-sourcing,emergency supply,direct delivery to stores,and retailer emergency inventory.The model is solved using two-stage stochastic programming and a Sample Average Approximation(SAA)method.Sensitivity analysis is conducted to evaluate the optimal results of resilient supply chain network design under different degrees of disruptions to primary suppliers and distribution centers,changes in market demand,and changes in maximum processing capacity of retailers.Finally,comparative analysis is conducted to determine the optimal strategy for resilient supply chain network design.
