摘  要:目前,改善警觉度的最佳光干预方案仍没有明确的共识。本研究通过Meta分析评估光照干预对警觉度的提升效果,旨为在工作中需保持警觉的群体提供参考。截至2023年8月,在Web of Science和中国知网等数据库进行文献检索,纳入针对18岁以上健康人群的光照干预性研究。运用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具对文献进行质量评价,采用Stata 15.0软件进行Meta分析。共21项随机对照试验(613例受试者)纳入Meta分析。干预组主观嗜睡评分显著低于对照组[SMD=-0.70,95%CI=(-1.01,-0.39),P<0.001];干预组反应时得分显著低于对照组[SMD=-0.39,95%CI=(-0.71,-0.07),P<0.001]。结论:(1)光干预能明显改善警觉感受和客观警觉表现;(2)色温较高的光照比色温较低的光照射更有效;(3)日间和夜间的光照均能改善警觉感受。The optimal light intervention for improving alertness still lacks a clear consensus.This study uses a meta-analysis to evaluate the effect of light intervention on enhancing alertness,aiming to provide a reference for groups that need to maintain alertness in their work.As of August 2023,literature searches were conducted in databases such as Web of Science and CNKI,including studies on light intervention for healthy individuals aged 18 and above.The Cochrane Risk of Bias tool was used to evaluate the quality of the studies,and Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 15.0 software.A total of 21 randomized controlled trials(613 participants)were included in the meta-analysis.The subjective sleepiness score in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group[SMD=-0.70,95%CI=(-1.01,-0.39),P<0.001];the reaction time score in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group[SMD=-0.39,95%CI=(-0.71,-0.07),P<0.001].It is concluded that:(1)light intervention significantly improves both subjective and objective alertness performance;(2)higher color temperature light is more effective than lower color temperature light;(3)Both daytime and nighttime lighting can improve alertness.
