摘  要:样品均质化是样品分析检测过程中的重要步骤,也是影响分析结果可靠性和准确性的重要环节.综述了样品均质化对检测结果影响的理论研究进展,表明均质化处理对检测结果具有显著影响.对比了不同原理均质设备的优缺点,并总结了均质化技术在不同领域的应用进展,以期为均质技术的选用和推广提供参考.同时,系统分析了均质效果的评价方法、指标以及影响因素,为分析检测过程中均质效果的评价方法提供科学依据.对均质化技术的应用和发展进行了展望,以期为均质化技术在分析检测中的应用研究提供参考.Sample homogenization is an important step in the process of sample analysis and detection,which affects the reliability and accuracy of analytical results.The theoretical on the effect of sample homogenization on detection results was reviewed,and the results showed that homogenization has a significant impact on detection results.The advantages and disadvantages of different principles of homogenization equipment were compared,and the applications of homogenization technology in different fields were summarized to provide a reference for the selection and promotion of homogenization technology.Meanwhile,the evaluation methods,indexes and influencing factors of homogenization effect were systematically analyzed to provide a scientific basis for the evaluation method of homogenization effect in the analysis and detection process.The application and development of homogenization technology were prospected to provide a reference for the research of homogenization technology in analysis and detection.
