摘  要:简要介绍了中红外量子级联激光多组分气体分析仪的研发背景,包括中红外激光多组分气体分析、中红外半导体激光器、量子级联激光器(QCL)、量子级联激光吸收光谱(QCLAS),以及国内外中红外激光气体分析仪的技术应用.重点以HQLS-1000为例介绍国产中红外QCLAS多组分气体分析仪及分析系统QCL-CEMS的研制,包括阵列式QCL模块、长光程测量池及多组分激光驱动信号的分时复用设计技术等.概要介绍了国产QCLCEMS的系统集成技术及性能.The development background of mid-infrared quantum cascade laser multi-component gas analyzer was briefly introduced,including mid-infrared laser multi-component gas analysis,mid-infrared semiconductor lasers,quantum cascade lasers(QCL),quantum cascade laser absorption spectroscopy(QCLAS),and the technological applications of mid-infrared laser gas analyzers both domestically and internationally.Focusing on HQLS-1000 as an example,it introduced the development of domestic mid-infrared QCLAS multi-component gas analyser and analysis system QCLCEMS,including the arrayed laser module,long optical path cell,and the time-division multiplexing design technology for multi-component laser driving signals.The system technical features and measurement parameters of domestic QCLCEMS were introduced.
