摘 要:自修复防腐蚀涂层在材料科学中扮演着关键角色,通过其独特的自修复能力,有效延长了材料的使用寿命并减少了维护成本。本文详细探讨了自修复防腐蚀涂层的主要类型,包括聚合物基涂层、微胶囊涂层、形状记忆涂层和纳米材料涂层等,并分析了它们在不同领域中的应用现状与实际效果。研究发现,各类涂层在防腐蚀性能、修复效率和环境适应性方面各有优劣。尽管取得了显著进展,仍面临耐久性、修复效率和成本等挑战。通过技术创新和多学科合作,未来自修复防腐蚀涂层将在更多领域实现广泛应用,进一步提升材料的防护性能和经济效益。Self-healing anti-corrosion coatings play a key role in materials science,effectively extending the service life of materials and reducing maintenance costs through their unique self-healing capabilities.In this paper,the main types of self-healing anti-corrosion coatings,including polymer-based coatings,microencapsulated coatings,shape memory coatings and nanomaterial coatings,are discussed in detail,and their application status and practical effects in different fields are analyzed.It is found that all kinds of coatings have their advantages and disadvantages in anti-corrosion performance,repair efficiency and environmental adaptability.Despite significant progress,challenges remain such as durability,repair efficiency and cost.Through technological innovation and multidisciplinary cooperation,self-healing anti-corrosion coatings will be widely used in more fields in the future,further improving the protective performance and economic benefits of materials.
