摘 要:为进一步提高对压力管道服役情况及质量的检测,文章以超声相控阵技术在管道检测中的具体应用为目的,验证该方法的有效性。结果显示,基于超声相控阵技术理论,并配合MABLAT软件进行数据处理与偏差分析,建模与实际缺陷位置和尺寸一致程度较高,能够精准反馈。由此可见,超声相控阵技术在压力管道缺陷检测中的应用具有一定优势,能够实现精确重构与建模,具有一定应用前景,值得推广。In order to further improve the detection of the service condition and quality of pressure pipelines,the article takes the specific application of ultrasonic phased array technology in pipeline detection as the purpose to verify the effectiveness of the method.The results show that based on the theory of ultrasonic phased array technology and with MABLAT software for data processing and deviation analysis,the modelling and the actual defect location and size of the degree of consistency is high,and can be accurate feedback.It can be seen that the application of ultrasonic phased array technology in the detection of pressure pipeline defects has certain advantages,can achieve accurate reconstruction and modelling,has certain application prospects,and is worth promoting.
