摘 要:面对浙江沿海核电选址较困难的现状,结合双碳背景下煤电机组转型需求,以浙江沿海某电厂为实例提出了一种新的替代方案选址思路。从厂址条件、环境保护等方面,对照常规核电厂址选址原则进行了对比分析。初步认为此厂址采用高温气冷堆原址替代火电退役机组具备进一步开展研究的可能,对后续浙江及全国沿海核电选址具有参考意义和借鉴价值。In the face of the difficulty in selecting a location for nuclear power plants along the coast of Zhejiang,combined with the transformation needs of coal-fired power units under the dual carbon background,a new alternative site selection approach is proposed using a power plant along the coast of Zhejiang as an example.A comparative analysis was conducted between the principles of conventional nuclear power plant site selection,including site conditions and environmental protection.It is preliminarily believed that the use of high-temperature gas cooled reactors at this plant site to replace retired thermal power units has the potential for further research,which has reference significance and value for the subsequent selection of nuclear power sites in Zhejiang and coastal areas across the country.
