摘  要:低温烟气露点腐蚀、干吸工序浓酸腐蚀以及高温氧化与硫化腐蚀等不同类型的腐蚀显著影响设备寿命与热能回收效率。热能的变化如温度、压力波动也对腐蚀速率产生重要影响。基于此,提出优化操作条件、采用耐腐蚀材料以及实施定期维护与检查等策略,旨在减少腐蚀损失,提高热能回收效率,提升硫磺制酸装置的整体运行性能和经济效益。Different types of corrosion,such as low-temperature flue gas dew point corrosion,dry absorption process concentrated acid corrosion,and high-temperature oxidation and sulfurization corrosion,significantly affect equipment life and heat recovery efficiency.The changes in thermal energy,such as temperature and pressure fluctuations,also have a significant impact on the corrosion rate.Based on this,strategies such as optimizing operating conditions,using corrosion-resistant materials,and implementing regular maintenance and inspections are proposed to reduce corrosion losses,improve heat recovery efficiency,and enhance the overall operational performance and economic benefits of sulfur based sulfuric acid plants.
