摘 要:通过概述压力容器的腐蚀环境、腐蚀分类,分析SCC的机理,包括产生SCC的应力和应力集中的作用。探讨影响SCC的三个重要因素:腐蚀环境、化学腐蚀和电化学腐蚀。以及研究常见压力容器腐蚀的原因,包括环境因素、材料特性和介质原因。提出针对压力容器与管道腐蚀问题的控制策略,涉及合理使用防腐涂料、提升焊接质量、开展电化学防范工作、健全外部环境与合理设计结构、加强压力容器材料的选择以及科学选择缓腐蚀剂等方面。为相关领域的腐蚀防护工作提供理论指导和实践参考。This paper provides an overview of the corrosion environment and classification of pressure containers,and analyzes the mechanism of stress corrosion cracking(SCC),including the roles of stress and stress concentration in its initiation.It delves into three crucial factors influencing SCC:corrosive environment,chemical corrosion,and electrochemical corrosion.Additionally,it investigates the common causes of corrosion in pressure containers,encompassing environmental factors,material properties,and medium-related reasons.Control strategies for addressing corrosion issues in pressure containers and pipelines are proposed,which involve the rational use of anticorrosive coatings,improvement of welding quality,implementation of electrochemical prevention measures,enhancement of the external environment and structural design,strengthening the selection of pressure container materials,and scientific selection of corrosion inhibitors.These strategies aim to provide theoretical guidance and practical references for corrosion protection work in related fields.
