摘  要:本文通过对循环流化床锅炉水冷壁鳍片焊缝裂纹的原因进行系统分析,发现裂纹的产生主要与焊接工艺不完善、材料特性差异、运行工况波动等因素密切相关。针对这些原因,本文提出了一系列综合治理措施,有效控制了裂纹的扩展,提升了水冷壁的整体稳定性和安全性。不仅为解决当前锅炉水冷壁鳍片焊缝裂纹问题提供了科学依据和技术支持,也为今后类似问题的预防和治理积累了宝贵经验。Based on the systematic analysis of the causes of cracks in the water wall fins of circulating fluidized bed boilers,it is found that the cracks are closely related to factors such as imperfect welding technology,different material characteristics and fluctuation of operating conditions.In view of these reasons,this paper puts forward a series of comprehensive treatment measures,which effectively control the crack propagation and improve the overall stability and safety of the water wall.It not only provides scientific basis and technical support for solving the weld crack problem of boiler water wall fin at present,but also accumulates valuable experience for the prevention and treatment of similar problems in the future.
