摘 要:为解决输水工程管道敷设时容易出现安装位置不准确、接口不严密、回填土不够密实等一系列问题,本文结合中国高水平放射性废物地质处置地下实验室建设工程水源及输水设施建设工程实际情况。立足管道敷设前的准备工作,从沟槽开挖、垫层处理、管道敷设、管道接口、管道试压及冲洗、回填土六个方面分析了管道敷设施工技术的实际应用,有效提升了管道敷设效果,可为类似工程施工提供参考和指导。In order to solve a series of problems such as inaccurate installation position,loose interface,and insufficient compactness of backfill soil during pipeline laying in water transmission projects,this article combines the actual situation of the construction of water sources and water transmission facilities in China's high-level radioactive waste geological disposal underground laboratory construction project.Based on the preparation work before pipeline laying,this article analyzes the practical application of pipeline laying construction technology from six aspects:trench excavation,cushion treatment,pipeline laying,pipeline interface,pipeline pressure testing and flushing,and backfill soil.It effectively improves the pipeline laying effect and can provide reference and guidance for similar engineering construction.
