摘  要:交直混合杂散电流干扰已成为高后果区在役管道腐蚀失效的重要原因之一。开展穿越段管道干扰规律监测及减缓研究,对于保障管道安全运行具有重要意义。采用ER探头和试片法对遭受交直流混合干扰影响的某输气管道进行长期监测,总结了穿越段混合干扰特征及规律,并给出了可行的减缓措施,为解决高后果区多源复杂干扰问题提供了参考。AC-DC mixed Stray current interference has become one of the main reasons for in-service pipeline corrosion and failure in high-consequence areas.It is of great significance to carry out interference monitoring and mitigation on in-service HDD pipelines for ensuring the safe operation of pipelines.For a gas pipeline affected by subway and high-speed railway,ER probe and test strip method were used to conduct long-term in-field monitoring.Through the typical test results of pipelines,The characteristics and rules of mixed AC-DC interference in HDD pipeline were summarized,and feasible mitigation measures were also proposed,which provided a reference for solving the problem of multi-source complex interference in high-consequence areas.
