摘  要:石化系统中钢材在日常大气环境里受到盐分、湿度等部分酸性气体的严重影响,从而使其耐腐蚀性变差,严重地降低了钢结构的寿命。作为钢结构的主要受力部件如各种石化系统储槽的焊接部位、连接处螺栓、各种接头、各式法兰等,都有不同材质结构及不同型号,存在较多设计缺陷、焊缝间隙、形状边缘导致钢结构表面坑坑洼洼,不同种类腐蚀性载体容易集合,非常容易发生应力开裂腐蚀、双金属腐蚀等各种不同腐蚀现象。保证钢结构表面不被腐蚀最常用的方法是使用防腐性油漆,它具有成本核算低、施工操作方便、日常维护简单等优点。可是这种传统的手工防腐方式对钢结构表层的早期作业要求和作业环境要求很高。尤其是非标管件、非标零件等安装位置很难实施作业去锈,达不到钢结构表层处理标准。Steel in petrochemical systems is severely affected by acidic gases such as salt and humidity in the daily atmospheric environment,resulting in poor corrosion resistance and a significant reduction in the lifespan of steel structures.As the main load-bearing components of steel structures,such as the welding parts,connection bolts,various joints,and various flanges of various petrochemical system storage tanks,they all have different material structures and models,and there are many design defects,weld gaps,and shape edges that cause pits and depressions on the surface of the steel structure.Different types of corrosive carriers are easy to gather,and are very prone to stress cracking corrosion,bimetallic corrosion,and other different corrosion phenomena.The most commonly used method to ensure that the surface of steel structures is not corroded is to use anti-corrosion paint,which has the advantages of low cost accounting,convenient construction operations,and simple daily maintenance.However,this traditional manual anti-corrosion method has high requirements for the pre-treatment standards and working environment of the steel structure surface. Especially for non-standard bolts, non-standard flanges,and other parts that are difficult to remove rust, they cannot meet the surface treatment standards of steelstructures.
