摘  要:某加氢装置2023年4月份循环氢压缩机多次出现进排气气阀阀片断裂、阀芯断裂、气缸杂音等问题,于设备检维修过程中发现压缩机进气阀和排气阀上均附着有黑色油泥且有磨砂感,其中以排气阀压盖上附着量最大。对该油泥作元素分析后,综合判断油泥产生原因在于装置高分系统硫腐蚀,最终通过停工期间高分系统钝化清洗,有效解决了该问题。In April 2023,a hydrogen unit experienced multiple issues with the recirculation hydrogen compressor,including breakage of intake and exhaust valve discs,valve core fractures,and noise in the cylinders.During the equipment inspection and maintenance,black oily sludge with a sandpaperlike texture was found on both the intake and exhaust valves of the compressor,with the largest amount adhering to the exhaust valve cover.After elemental analysis of the sludge,it was concluded that the cause of the sludge was sulfur corrosion in the high point system of the unit.The problem was effectively resolved through passivation and cleaning of the high point system during the shutdown period.
