摘　　要：B型套筒广泛应用于管道泄漏永久性修复。为解决应用于高钢级管道存在设计壁厚过高、安装施工难度大和角焊缝延迟开裂等问题,开展国内外管道修复标准对标分析,研究国外管道壁厚与套筒差异较大时的实践做法。介绍新型B型套筒在设计方法、加工工艺、焊接方法和无损检测的研究成果,对于解决X80钢级管道缺陷修复问题具有指导意义。Type B sleeves were widely used for repair of pipeline leaks.In order to solve the problems of high design wall thickness,difficult installation,and delayed cracking of fillet welds applied to highgrade pipelines,analysis of domestic and foreign pipeline repair standards was carried out to study the practical practices when there was a significant difference between pipeline wall thickness and sleeve in foreign countries.Introducing the research results of the design method,processing technology,welding method,and non-destructive test of the new type B sleeve has guiding significance for solving the defect repair problem of X80 steel grade pipelines.
