摘  要:三轴搅拌桩是通过多轴的搅拌机通过地钻进行切削土体,同时通过注浆管通过钻头端部将水泥浆注入地下土体,使二者发生反应并充分的混合搅拌后,再将PRC预应力管桩使用插一跳一的方法插入搅拌桩体内,形成挡土墙及止水帷幕于一体的一种施工工艺,其特点为构造简单,止水性能好,支护强度高,后期不需要拔出,对基坑支护时间较长的单位其经济性要远大于普通型钢三轴搅拌桩。The three-axis mixing pile is a construction process in which soil is cut by ground drilling through a multi-axis mixer,and cement slurry is injected into the underground soil through the end of the drill through a grouting pipe,so that the two react and fully mix and stir,and then the PRC prestressed pipe pile is inserted into the body of the mixing pile with the method of inserting one and jumping one to form a retaining wall and water stop curtain.It is characterized by simple structure,good water sealing performance,high support strength,no need to pull out later,and the economy of the unit with a long supporting time for foundation pit is much greater than that of the ordinary steel three-axis mixing pile.
