摘  要:针对DZ125定向凝固高温合金缓进给磨削过程,采用有限元仿真软件模拟了DZ125合金单磨粒磨削过程,并采用三因素三水平正交试验方法开展了磨削力和磨削温度试验研究,获得了缓进给磨削工艺参数对DZ125合金磨削力和磨削温度的影响规律。研究结果表明,磨削力和磨削温度有限元仿真结果与实测结果误差分别在0.08~33.78%、14.09~48.50%范围内;单位宽度磨削力随着工件进给速度和磨削深度的增大而增大,随着磨削速度的增大而减小,磨削温度随着磨削工艺参数的增大而增大。综合磨削力和磨削温度,DZ125高温合金较优的缓进给磨削工艺参数为:ap=0.1mm,vs=35m/s,vw=135mm/min。Aiming at the slow feed grinding process for DZ125 directional solidification high temperature alloy,the single abrasive grinding process of DZ125 alloy was simulated by using finite element simulation software.A three factor three-level orthogonal experimental method was used to conduct experimental research on grinding force and grinding temperature,and the influence of slow feed grinding process parameters on the grinding force and grinding temperature of DZ125 alloy was obtained.The research results indicated that the errors between the finite element simulation results of grinding force and grinding temperature and the measured results were within the range of 0.08%to 33.78%and 14.09%to 48.50%respectively.The unit width grinding force increased with the increase of workpiece feed rate and grinding depth,and decreased with the increase of grinding speed.The grinding temperature increased with the increase of grinding process parameters.The optimal slow feed grinding process parameters for DZ125 high temperature alloy based on comprehensive grinding force and grinding temperature were a_p=0.1mm,v_s=35m/s,v_w=135mm/min.
