摘 要:本文以分析民用飞机液压系统换向冲击为主题,根据换向阀的工作原理建立了仿真模型,通过改变不同的模型参数,利用AMESim软件的批处理功能仿真出了各种参数组合下的压力-时间曲线,通过分析得出了降低压力冲击的措施并测试其在不同工况下的压力峰值。试验数据证实了仿真分析的结果,确认大管径、短管路及舵面低偏转速度(阀动作时间长)对压力冲击有明显的改善。IBased on the analysis of the reversing impact of civil aircraft hydraulic system,the simulation model is established according to the working principle of the reversing valve.By changing different model parameters,the batch processing function of AMESim is used to simulate pressure-time curves under various combinations of parameters.According to the analysis,the pressure impact is reduced.The primary control surface is manually and automatically operated to check the peak pressure under different working conditions.The test data confirm the results of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,and confirm that large diameter,short pipeline and low rudder deflection speed(valve action time is long)have obvious improvement on pressure impact.
