摘　　要：针对卫星总装过程工艺信息来源多、数据格式多样、总装状态随机性强等特点,通过梳理工艺基础库、工艺方法库和结构化、参数化工艺模板库,开发了一套基于多源异构信息的卫星总装结构化工艺系统。系统可实现对不同种类总装信息的高效收集、存储与应用,实现“一键式”生成卫星各阶段工艺文件,快捷生成并与MES系统集成,贯通设计、工艺、总装现场工艺信息链路,提升工艺文件的编制效率和总装现场指导性。In response to the characteristics of multiple sources of process information,diverse data formats,and strong randomness of assembly status in the satellite assembly process,a structured process system for satellite assembly based on multi-source heterogeneous information was developed by sorting out the process foundation library,process method library,and structured and parameterized process template library.The system can collect,store,and apply different types of final assembly information,achieve"one click"generation of satellite process documents at each stage,and integrate with the MES system to connect the process information links of design,process and assembly site,and improve the preparation efficiency of process documents and the guidance of assembly site.
