摘　　要：目的探讨国内外医药物流领域的研究热点和发展形势,为其健康、持续发展提出建议。方法利用CiteSpace对CNKI和Web ofScience数据库中2001年至2023年的国内外医药物流文献进行可视化分析,并采用OriginPro可视化比较全球、中国、美国的授权发明专利分布情况。结果有1553篇中文文献和700篇英文文献纳入研究;国内外的发文量持续提升;国内机构分散,研究热点呈多元化,近年来趋向医药冷链;国外的研究热点偏向优化及精益化管理。有6118件授权发明专利纳入研究,其中美国1875件,中国913件。国内外的年授权发明专利总体上升,中国的占比不断提高,美国居第1位;国内在药物输送、医疗仪器方面呈现技术突破,美国则向药物、材料、分子等高技术含量发展。结论建议国内医药物流发展应强化规范化和集约化建设;推动产-学-研合作及医药物流的智能化、信息化发展,优化资源配置,降低物流成本;加强物联网、大数据、云计算等新技术在医药冷链模块的应用,促进医药冷链物流升级发展。Objective To investigate the research hotspots and development trends in the field of pharmaceutical logistics at home and abroad,and provide suggestions for its healthy and sustainable development.Methods CiteSpace was used to visually analyze literature related to pharmaceutical logistics at home and abroad from 2001 to 2023 in CNKI and Web of Science databases,and OriginPro software was used to compare the distribution of authorized invention patents in the worldwide,China,and the United States of America(USA).Results There were 1553 Chinese articles and 700 English articles included in the study.The number of publications at home and abroad continued to increase,the domestic institutions were scattered,the research hotspots were diversified,and its trend was the pharmaceutical cold chain in recent years.The research hotspots abroad tended to focus on optimization and lean management.A total of 6118 authorized invention patents were included in the study,including 1875 patents from the USA and 913 patents from China.The number of annual authorized invention patents at home and abroad tend to rise overall,with China′s share continuously rising and the USA ranking first.China has shown technological breakthroughs in drug delivery and medical instruments,while the USA was developing towards high-tech content such as drugs,materials,and molecules.Conclusion It is recommended that the development of domestic pharmaceutical logistics should strengthen standardization and intensification construction;promote industry-university-research cooperation and the intelligent and information-based development of pharmaceutical logistics,optimize resource allocation,and reduce logistics costs;strengthen the application of new technologies such as the Internet of things,big data,and cloud computing in the pharmaceutical cold chain module,and promote the upgrading and development of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics in China.
