摘 要:目的探讨唇香草不同部位提取物的抑菌作用及其成分。方法以金黄色葡萄球菌为实验对象,采用梯度稀释法和纸片扩散法对唇香草的花、叶、茎、全草提取液进行抑菌实验研究。采用可见分光光度法对唇香草的花、叶、茎、全草提取液的总多酚、总黄酮、总三萜酸、总游离氨基酸、总多糖含量进行测定。结果唇香草各部位提取液中,茎提取液的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)显著高于其他部位及全草提取液(P<0.05),花、叶、全草提取液的MIC两两比较无显著差异(P>0.05);唇香草各部位及全草提取液的抑菌圈直径均显著小于青霉素钠盐(P<0.05),茎提取液的抑菌圈直径显著小于其他部位及全草提取液(P<0.05),花、叶、全草提取液的抑菌圈直径两两比较无显著差异(P>0.05);唇香草花、叶、全草提取液的总多酚、总黄酮、总三萜酸含量均显著高于茎(P<0.05),花、叶提取液的总游离氨基酸显著高于茎和全草(P<0.05),各部位提取液的总多糖含量两两比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论唇香草各部位及全草提取液均有一定抑菌作用,其中茎提取液的抑菌作用相对较弱;总多酚、总黄酮、总三萜酸、总游离氨基酸等抑菌成分富集在花和叶中。Objective estigate the bacteriostatic effect of extracts from different pa analyze its components.Methods Staphylococcus aureus was taken as the test object,and the gradient dilution method and paper diffusion method were used to conduct antibacterial tests on the flower,leaf,stem,and whole plant extracts of Ziziphora clinopodioides.The contents of total polyphenols,total flavonoids,total triterpenoid acids,total free amino acids,and total polysaccharides in the flower,leaf,stem,and whole plant extracts of Ziziphora clinopodioides were determined by the visible spectrophotometry.Results The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of stem extract was significantly higher than that of other parts and whole plant extracts(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in MIC among flower,leaf,and whole plant extracts(P>0.05).The diameter of the inhibition zone of various parts of Ziziphora clinopodioides and the whole plant extract was significantly smaller than that of penicillin sodium salt(P<0.05),and the diameter of the inhibition zone of stem extract was significantly smaller than that of other parts and the whole plant extracts(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the diameter of the inhibition zone among flower,leaf,and whole plant extracts of Ziziphora clinopodioides when compared pairwise(P>0.05).The contents of total polyphenols,total flavonoids,and total triterpenoid acids in the flower,leaf,and whole plant extracts were significantly higher than those in the stem(P<0.05).The content of total free amino acid in the flower and leaf extracts was significantly higher than that in the stem and whole plant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the content of total polysaccharides in the extracts from each part when compared pairwise(P>0.05).Conclusion The various parts and whole plant extracts of Ziziphora clinopodioides have certain antibacterial effects,with the stem extract having relatively weaker antibacterial effects.Antibacterial components such as total polyphenols,total flavonoi
