摘　　要：目的:对比分析多囊卵巢综合征患者应用来曲唑与氯米芬治疗的临床效果。方法:从2021年1月到2023年12月期间纳入80例患者,均在此阶段因多囊卵巢综合征在本院接受治疗,按照单双号分组法,均等划分为对照组及观察组,各组均40例。对照组使用氯米芬治疗;观察组使用来曲唑治疗,将两组疗效实施对照。结果:经治疗,观察组临床总疗效、雌二醇、促卵泡激素、促黄体生成素、子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数目、各生活质量评分相比对照组更高,P<0.05;其睾酮、卵泡成熟时间、不良反应发生率相比对照组更低,P<0.05。结论:和氯米芬相比,来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果更加突出,有助于改善患者性激素水平,提高生活质量,该药的不良反应少,安全性良好。Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effects of letrozole and clomiphene in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2023,80 patients were included in the group,all of whom were treated in the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital for PCOS at this stage,and were equally divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even group method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene and the observation group was treated with letrozole,and the efficacy of the two groups was controlled.Results:After treatment,the total clinical efficacy,estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,endometrial thickness,number of mature follicles and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05,and the incidence of testosterone,follicle maturation time and adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with clomiphene,letrozole has a more prominent effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,which is helpful to improve the level of sex hormones and improve the quality of life of patients.
