摘 要:现有的异步电机匝间短路故障诊断方法缺少定量化描述故障严重程度的指标,针对这一问题,提出了一种基于Park矢量法的异步电机匝间短路故障诊断方法以及相应的定量化故障特征指标。在故障状态下,Park矢量轨迹会表现出特定的畸变特征,能够有效区分电机的正常状态和匝间短路故障。提取Park矢量轨迹图的图形特征,以Park矢量距离比(Park vector distance ratio,PDR)来度量短路故障的严重程度。试验结果验证了该方法在匝间短路故障诊断中的有效性和准确性,为异步电机匝间短路的故障诊断研究提供了一种新思路。The existing methods for diagnosing inter-turn short circuit faults of asynchronous motor lack quantitative indicators to describe the severity of the faults.To address this issue,a diagnostic method for inter-turn short circuit faults in asynchronous motors based on the Park vector method was proposed,along with corresponding quantitative fault characteristic indicators.In the presence of faults,the Park vector trajectory exhibits specific distortion characteristics,which can effectively distinguish between the normal state and inter-turn short circuit faults of the motor.By extracting the graphical features of the Park vector trajectory,the severity of the short circuit faults can be measured using the Park vector distance ratio(PDR).Experimental results verify the effectiveness and accuracy of this method in diagnosing inter-turn short circuit faults,providing a new approach for the research on diagnosing inter-turn short circuit faults in asynchronous motors.
