摘  要:为分析冲裁参数对冲裁结果的影响,通过有限元软件ABAQUS对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethyl methacrylate,PMMA)的叠层薄板进行冲裁仿真,并用试验验证仿真模型的有效性。首先,建立冲裁过程有限元模型,并提取仿真结果,利用最小二乘中线法得出冲裁件表面形貌的毛刺高度,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究不同参数对毛刺高度的影响。其次,使用神经网络分析各个冲裁参数的影响,并与正交试验分析结果对比。最后,使用专业仪器对冲裁试验结果进行测量和分析。研究结果表明,仿真模型能够较准确地预测冲裁结果,为实际生产提供理论指导和优化建议。In order to analyze the influence of punching parameters on punching outcomes,the finite element software ABAQUS was utilized to simulate the punching process of laminated thin plates made of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),and the effectiveness of the simulation model was verified through experiments.Initially,a finite element model of the punching process was established,and simulation results were obtained.Using the least squares midline method,the burr height of the surface morphology of the punched part was determined.The impact of various parameters on burr height was investigated through single-factor and orthogonal experiments.The neural networks were then employed to analyze the impact of different punching parameters,and the results were compared with those obtained from the orthogonal experimental analysis.Finally,professional instruments were employed to measure and analyze the results of the punching experiments.Research findings reveal that the simulation model accurately predicts punching results,thereby offering theoretical insights and optimization recommendations for practical production.
