摘 要:针对赣南某钨矿山的急倾斜极薄矿脉,提出了浅孔留矿法、中深孔留矿法、大孔径深孔落矿空场法3种方案进行对比分析,最终选择大孔径深孔落矿空场法进行工业试验。结果表明,采用大孔径深孔落矿空场法开采急倾斜极薄矿脉,采场平均生产能力可达到90~100 t/d,其损失率约为5%,贫化率为85%~90%,总体应用效果较好。与原有浅孔留矿法相比,大孔径深孔落矿空场法提高了采场生产能力,降低了工人工作强度,保证了工人作业安全。For the steeply dipping and extremely narrow tungsten veins in a southern Jiangxi mine,three mining schemes were proposed for comparative analysis:shallow-hole shrinkage stoping,medium-length hole shrinkage stoping,and large-diameter long-hole open stoping.The large-diameter long-hole open stoping method was ultimately selected for industrial trials.Results indicated that when applying this method to extract steeply dipping ultra-narrow veins,the average production capacity of stopes reached 90-100 t/d,with a loss rate of approximately 5%and dilution rate of 85%-90%,demonstrating favorable overall application effectiveness.Compared with conventional shallow-hole shrinkage stoping,the large-diameter long-hole open stoping method enhances stope productivity,reduces labor intensity,and ensures operational safety for workers.
