摘  要:为了应对矿山地压活动、尾矿排放及尾矿库压力等问题,本研究对矿山生产现状进行了深入分析,采用全尾砂膏体充填工艺对现有充填工艺进行了升级改造。设计了尾砂充填工艺方案,包含充填材料的选择、配比及施工方法。试验表明,全尾砂膏体充填有效填补了矿山空洞,显著降低了地压活动的风险,矿山生产的安全性得到了保障;该工艺通过支撑围岩、减少垮落和矿石混入,还能降低矿石损失率和贫化率,提升企业的经济效益;尾砂的大量应用减少了尾矿排放量,降低了尾矿库的压力,显著减轻了矿山生产对环境的负面影响。本研究为矿山企业提供了一种有效的技术路径,有助于实现资源的综合利用和环境保护目标。This study addresses critical challenges in mining operations,including ground pressure management,tailings discharge,and tailings pond pressure,through the implementation of tailings backfill technology to upgrade existing processes.Based on comprehensive analysis of current mine conditions,a systematic backfill scheme was developed encompassing the selection,proportioning,and construction methods of backfill materials.Experimental data demonstrated that tailings backfill effectively filled underground voids,significantly reduced the risk of ground pressure activities,and concurrently decreased tailings discharge volume and pressure on tailings reservoirs.The results revealed that this technology not only enhanced the utilization rate of mineral resources and reduced ore loss and dilution rates,but also significantly mitigated environmental impacts.Following the implementation of tailings backfill,mine production safety was ensured while operational economic benefits were improved.This research establishes an effective technical pathway for mining enterprises,contributing to the dual objectives of comprehensive resource utilization and environmental protection.The successful application provides valuable insights for sustainable mining practices through integrated waste management and geotechnical stabilization strategies.
