摘 要:湖南某白钨浮选粗精矿采用经典的“彼德洛夫法”进行加温精选,原工艺采用单一氧化石蜡皂作为捕收剂,经常出现浮选泡沫不稳定从而造成钨金属损失的问题。为此,本研究开展了系统的工艺技术研究,通过采用氧化石蜡皂与油酸组合作为加温精选捕收剂,同时优化加温精选系列参数,在钨粗精矿WO_(3)品位为8.47%、CaCO_(3)品位为65.31%、CaF_(2)品位为9.64%的情况下,经过一粗三精一扫全流程闭路试验,获得了WO_(3)品位为62.74%、回收率为97.13%的钨精矿。实现了高钙条件下白钨矿的选矿指标优化,为同类型钨矿浮选分离处理提供借鉴。This study addresses the challenges encountered in the conventional Petrov process for temperature-controlled cleaning of a scheelite flotation bulk concentrate from a Hunan tungsten operation,where the sole use of oxidized paraffin soap as collector frequently led to unstable flotation froth and consequent tungsten metal losses.Systematic process optimization was conducted by employing a combined collector system of oxidized paraffin soap and oleic acid,coupled with parameter refinement in the thermal beneficiation stage.Starting with a feed material containing 8.47%WO_(3),65.31%CaCO_(3),and 9.64%CaF_(2),the optimized process achieved exceptional performance through a closed-circuit flowsheet comprising one roughing,three cleaning,and one scavenging stage.The final tungsten concentrate attained a WO_(3)grade of 62.74%with a remarkable recovery rate of 97.13%.Optimization of beneficiation indicators for scheelite under high calcium conditions has been achieved,providing reference for flotation separation of similar tungsten ores.
