摘  要:测定区域地球化学样品中痕量锡,现有方法存在前处理繁琐、重现性较差等问题。研究优化前处理流程,利用优级纯氢氟酸、硝酸在密闭溶样器的Teflon内罐中,经过高温高压溶解样品,减少外部因素的影响,制成的溶液用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定Sn、Cu、Pb、Zn、W、Mo等元素含量。本方法Sn、Cu、Pb、Zn、W、Mo元素的检出限分别为1.0×10^(–6)、2.0×10^(–6)、1.0×10^(–6)、5.0×10^(–6)、1.0×10^(–6)、0.5×10^(–6),其检出限、精密度和准确度均能满足1∶5万区域地球化学样品的分析要求,适合于批量检测,且该方法前处理简单、分析速度快、重现性好、运行成本低。This study addresses the challenges of trace tin determination in regional geochemical samples,particularly the cumbersome pretreatment procedures and poor reproducibility associated with conventional methods.An optimized pretreatment protocol was developed by digesting samples with high-purity hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid in Teflon-lined closed vessels under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions,effectively minimizing external interference.The resultant solutions were analyzed using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for simultaneous determination of Sn,Cu,Pb,Zn,W,and Mo.The method demonstrates detection limits of 1.0×10^(–6)for Sn,2.0×10^(–6)for Cu,1.0×10^(–6)for Pb,5.0×10^(–6)for Zn,1.0×10^(–6)for W,and 0.5×10^(–6)for Mo,meeting the analytical requirements for 1:50000-scale regional geochemical surveys.This method is suitable for batch testing,featuring simple pretreatment,fast analysis,good reproducibility,and low operating costs.
