摘 要:降低热镀铝锌池底部悬浮杂质颗粒的数量,可以有效抑制底渣的产生,延长热浸镀锌的连续生产周期。借助超重力分离技术,使用泡沫陶瓷过滤板对热镀铝锌池底部的铝锌液进行净化,探究铝锌液与悬浮杂质颗粒的分离规律。结果表明,铝锌液中的主要杂质为Al-Fe-Zn-Si金属间化合物。在高温超重力场下,铝锌液可顺利通过过滤板,杂质颗粒被过滤板截留。重力系数增大有利于回收热镀铝锌液。减小过滤板孔径或降低分离温度有利于去除Fe元素。在重力系数为200、分离温度为600℃、过滤板孔径为150μm的条件下,热镀铝锌液回收率可达到88.23%,Fe元素去除率达到75.32%。Reducing the amount of suspended impurity particles at the bottom of hot-dip aluminum-zinc bath can effectively inhibit the formation of bottom slag and extend the continuous production cycle of hot-dip aluminumzinc.With the help of supergravity separation technology,the foam ceramic filter plate was used to purify the melt at the bottom of the hot-dip aluminum-zinc bath,aiming to explore the separation law of aluminum-zinc melt and suspended impurity particles.The experimental results show that the main impurity particles in the aluminum-zinc melt are Al-Fe-Zn-Si intermetallic compounds.In the high temperature and supergravity field,the aluminum-zinc melt can pass through the filter plate smoothly,and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter plate.The increase of gravity coefficient is beneficial to the recovery of hot-dip aluminum-zinc melt.Reducing the pore size of the filter plate or reducing the separation temperature is beneficial to the removal of Fe element.At a gravity coefficient of 200,a separation temperature of 600℃,and a filter pore size of 150μm,the recovery rate of hot-dip aluminum-zinc melt reaches 88.23%,with an Fe removal rate of 75.32%.
