摘  要:在高炉冶炼过程中,渣量是影响生产效率、燃料消耗、炉内透气性及脱硫排碱效果的关键因素。准确预测渣量对优化高炉操作、提升冶炼效率和产品质量具有重要意义。本研究基于实际生产数据,提出了一种高效且简便的渣量快速估算方法,并系统探讨了各因素对渣比的影响。结果表明,矿石铁品位是决定渣比的主要因素,当铁品位为57.50%时,铁品位每提高1.00%,单位铁水产生的渣量减少29.98 kg,并且随着铁品位进一步提高,其边际影响逐渐减弱。相比之下,煤比和焦比对渣量的影响较小。通过与其他常用计算模型结果对比,验证了本方法的准确性和可靠性,误差控制在合理范围内(小于1.00%)。本方法具有较高的实用性,可为炼铁生产实践提供快速且准确的渣量估算方法。In the process of blast furnace smelting,the slag amount is a key factor influencing production efficiency,fuel consumption,permeability within the furnace,and the effectiveness of desulfurization and alkali removal.Accurately predicting the slag amount is of great significance for optimizing blast furnace operations,enhancing smelting efficiency,and improving product quality.This study proposes an efficient and straightforward method for rapid estimation of slag amount based on actual production data and systematically explores the impact of various factors on the slag ratio.The results indicate that the iron grade of the ore is the primary determinant of the slag ratio.When the iron grade is 57.50%,an increase of 1.00%in iron grade leads to a reduction of 29.98 kg of slag produced per unit of molten iron,with the marginal effect gradually diminishing as the iron grade increases further.In contrast,the impact of coal ratio and coke ratio on slag amount is relatively minor.The accuracy and reliability of the proposed method are validated by comparing it with results from other commonly used calculation models,with the error controlled within a reasonable range(less than 1.00%).This method demonstrates high practicality and provides a rapid and accurate slag estimation approach for ironmaking production practices.
