摘 要:火法冶金是实现短流程回收废旧锂离子电池中有价金属的主要途径,但含锂炉渣中的锂元素难以精准测定。本研究以废旧锂离子电池熔炼所得Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)基含锂炉渣为研究对象,对比分析常规酸溶法、加压酸溶法、碱熔法3种消解方法对炉渣中锂含量测定结果的影响。结果表明,采用常规酸溶法,在HCl+HF体系下,当加热板温度为200℃、消解时间为2 h时,含锂炉渣中锂含量的测定结果为9.62%;与加压酸溶法和碱熔法相比,常规酸溶法测定便捷,结果准确、稳定且安全性高。本研究可为开发含锂炉渣中高效、便捷、稳定的锂元素定量分析方法提供参考。Pyrometallurgy is the main way to realize the recovery of valuable metals of waste lithium-ion batteries in a short process,but it is difficult to accurately determine the lithium element in lithium-containing slag.In this study,the Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)based lithium-containing obtained from the melting of waste lithium-ion batteries was taken as the research object,and the effects of three digestion methods,namely conventional acid dissolution method,pressure acid dissolution method and alkali fusion method,on the determination of lithium content in slag were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the determination of Li content in lithiumcontaining slag was 9.62%when the heating plate temperature was 200℃and the digestion time was 2 h under the HCl+HF system of conventional acid solubilization method.Compared with the pressurized acid dissolution method and alkali fusion method,the conventional acid dissolution method is convenient,and the results are accurate,stable and safe.This study can provide a reference for the development of efficient,convenient and stable quantitative analysis of lithium in lithium-containing slag.
