摘  要:随着全球经济的高速发展,钢铁行业的整体规模不断扩张,钢铁产量持续增长,同时也造成严重的碳排放问题。在目前的“双碳”政策背景下,大力发展绿色低碳冶炼技术,实现从传统“碳冶金”向“氢冶金”的转变已经成为我国钢铁行业的重要任务。本文综述了氢基炼铁工艺的发展现状,包括氢基竖炉冶炼、高炉富氢冶炼和熔融冶炼的工艺流程、技术特点以及实际产量,分析了不同冶炼技术工业化应用的潜力。此外,本文还探讨了氢基炼铁工艺面临的技术挑战,包括氢气生产成本、氢气储运基础配套设施,二氧化碳捕集和封存技术等,展望了未来氢基炼铁工艺的发展方向,以期推动氢基炼铁工艺的深入发展和高效应用。With the rapid development of the global economy,the overall scale of the steel industry has continued to expand,and steel production has continued to grow,which has also caused serious carbon emission problems.Against the backdrop of the current"Dual Carbon"policy,vigorously developing green and lowcarbon ironmaking technologies and achieving the transformation from traditional"carbon ironmaking"to"hydrogen ironmaking"has become an important task for China's steel industry.This article summarizes the development status of hydrogen-based ironmaking technology,including the process flow,technical characteristics,and actual output of hydrogen-based shaft furnace ironmaking,blast furnace ironmaking with hydrogen-rich gas and smelting reduction ironmaking.It also analyzes the potential for industrial application of different ironmaking technologies.In addition,this article also explores the technical challenges faced by hydrogen-based ironmaking technology,including hydrogen production costs,hydrogen storage and transportation infrastructure,carbon dioxide capture and storage technology,etc.It prospects the future development direction of hydrogen-based ironmaking technology,to promote the further development and efficient application of hydrogen-based ironmaking technology.
