摘  要:在实际工程应用中,充填体存在易开裂、失稳及耐久性差的问题。本研究通过宏观力学实验和微观分析,研究了纳米SiO_(2)(NS)对玻璃纤维胶结充填体力学性能的影响。结果表明,适量NS能显著提高玻璃纤维胶结充填体的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,NS主要通过促进生成额外凝胶基质增强基质间的黏结强度。当NS掺量为1%时,试样强度性能指标达到最优;当NS掺量高于1%时,试样的强度性能指标开始下降,但始终高于未掺入NS的试样。同时,NS的加入不生成新物质,但能促进更多晶态和非晶态化合物生成,强化材料的结构。此外,高温养护能加快地聚合反应速率,使材料微观结构更加密实。综上所述,适量添加NS并配合高温养护,能显著提高玻璃纤维胶结充填体的宏观力学性能和微观结构特性。In practical engineering applications,the backfill has the problems of easy cracking,destabilization and poor durability.In this study,the effects of nano-SiO_(2)(NS)on the mechanical properties of glass fiber cemented backfill were investigated through macro-mechanical experiments and microscopy.The results show that the appropriate amount of NS can significantly improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of glass fiber cemented backfill,and NS mainly enhances the bonding strength between matrices by promoting the generation of additional gel matrix,and the specimen strength performance index reaches the optimum when the NS doping is 1%;when the NS doping is higher than 1%,the specimen strength performance index begins to decrease,but is always higher than that of the unadulterated NS specimen.At the same time,the addition of NS does not generate new substances,but promotes the generation of more crystalline and amorphous compounds to strengthen the structure of the material.In addition,high temperature maintenance can accelerate the polymerization reaction rate and make the microstructure of the material more denser.In summary,the addition of NS in appropriate amount and high temperature maintenance can significantly improve the macroscopic mechanical properties and microstructural properties of glass fiber cemented backfill.
