摘  要:采用固相法制备了一系列CuCeO_(x)复合金属氧化物催化剂,研究了铜铈比(1:2、1:1、2:1,摩尔比,下同)和煅烧温度(400、600、800℃)对CO催化氧化性能的影响。利用自制催化剂测试装置对9种催化剂的催化性能进行评价。针对催化性能最佳的催化剂CuCe2-600,进一步测试了其抗水性和稳定性。结果表明,在煅烧温度为200℃、水汽体积分数为12.0%的条件下,经过72 h稳定性测试,CuCe2-600催化剂转化率仍能保持在90%左右。此外,对CuCe2-400、CuCe2-600、CuCe2-800、CuCe1-600和CuCe0.5-600催化剂进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)表征,解析了铜铈比和煅烧温度对催化剂结构及性能的影响。结果表明,当铜铈比为2:1、煅烧温度为600℃时,催化剂表面具有最多的Cu^(+)、Ce^(3+)和吸附氧,有利于CO吸附和氧化。当煅烧温度为800℃时,CuCe2-800催化剂受晶体生长和烧结团聚现象的影响,铜铈之间的相互作用减弱,不利于对CO催化氧化反应。A series of CuCeO_(x) composite metal oxide catalysts were synthesized using the solid-phase method to investigate the effects of varying Cu/Ce molar ratios(1∶2,1∶1 and 2∶1)and calcination temperatures(400,600 and 800℃)on CO catalytic oxidation.The catalytic performance of nine catalysts was evaluated using a custom-built catalyst testing apparatus.Among them,the CuCe2-600 catalyst exhibited the best performance,with further tests revealing its excellent water resistance and stability.The results showed that the conversion of the CuCe2-600 catalyst still maintain about 90%after 72 h stability test under the conditions of calcination temperature of 200℃and water vapor volume fraction of 12.0%.In addition,the CuCe2-400,CuCe2-600,CuCe2-800,CuCe1-600 and CuCe0.5-600 catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the effects of the Cu/Ce molar ratio and the calcination temperature on the structure and performance of the catalysts were resolved.The analysis demonstrated that a Cu/Ce molar ratio of 2∶1 and a calcination temperature of 600℃result in the highest concentrations of Cu^(+),Ce^(3+)and adsorbed oxygen on the catalyst surface,which promote CO adsorption and oxidation.When the calcination temperature is 800℃,the CuCe2-800 catalyst is affected by crystal growth and sintering agglomeration phenomena,and the interaction between copper and cerium weakens,which is not conducive to its catalytic performance for CO oxidation reaction.
