摘　　要：发电机滑环装置智能监测系统解决方案采集碳粉吸收装置风机转速、风压,滑环装置碳刷温度、电流、磨损量、环境温度、湿度等数据,对各类传感器进行集成优化,实现了在线监测、趋势分析和故障智能诊断,实现了软件平台系统的自主、安全和可控,保障了发电机组稳定可靠运行。本项目适用于全国产化信创推广场景。This project applies to nationalizing and promoting Xitong(IT equipment trustworthiness)scenarios.The intelligent monitoring system solution for the generator slip ring device collects and integrates the wind speed and pressure of the carbon powder absorption device,the temperature,current,wear,environmental temperature,and humidity of the carbon brush of the slip ring device,and optimizes the integration of various sensors.It realizes online monitoring,trend analysis,and intelligent fault diagnosis,achieving the software platform system's independence,security,and controllability and ensuring the power generation unit's stable and reliable operation.
