摘　　要：随着智慧城市的推进,对上海这座超大型城市的精细化天气观测不断提出新标准严要求,不同行业高度线存在差异,对于大风影响的敏感程度不同,从而对垂直风数据的观测需求也不同。通过文献调研及问卷调查的方法得到以下结论:建筑行业对垂直高度上的大风观测需求较高,需求范围集中在50~300米;市政行业列举了桥梁工程、高架立交和轨道交通三种类型,所需垂直风观测需求集中在5~30米;暴露的架空线路所需的垂直风观测高度为3~15米;市容绿化行业针对不同的设施,绿化冠层需要垂直风观测高度在20~50米,广告牌需要垂直风的观测高度在10~90米,因此市容绿化行业对垂直风观测需求范围集中在10~90米。With the promotion of smart cities,new standards are constantly proposed for the fine weather observation of Shanghai,which is a super-large city,different industry height lines are different,and the sensitivity to the impact of wind is different,so the observation demand for vertical wind data is also different.Through literature research and questionnaire survey,the following conclusions are drawn:the construction industry has a high demand for wind observation at vertical height,and the demand range is concentrated in 50~300 meters.The municipal industry lists bridge engineering,elevated interchange and rail transit.The vertical wind observation demand is concentrated in 5~30 meters.The vertical wind observation height requires 3~15 m of exposed overhead lines.The greening industry is different for different facilities.The greening canopy needs a vertical wind observation height of 20~50 meters,and the billboard needs a vertical wind observation height of 10~90 meters,so the vertical wind observation demand range of the city landscaping industry is concentrated in 10~90 meters.
