学术生态影响高校青年科技人才科研竞争力的组态路径研究

摘  要:科研竞争力体现了科研人员的水平和竞争优势,高校青年科技人才科研竞争力根植于良好的学术生态。以陕西省216名高校青年科技人才为样本,运用fsQCA方法的组态思维,整合学术生态中学术主体与科研环境的核心要素,探讨其影响科研竞争力的复杂因果机制。研究发现,产生高校青年科技人才高科研竞争力的组态有4个,分别是:进修学习需求*~工作满意度*社会地位感知*参加学术会议*出国或留学经历*践行西迁精神*知识产权侵害、进修学习需求*工作满意度*参加学术会议*出国或留学经历*践行西迁精神*~知识产权侵害、~进修学习需求*工作满意度*社会地位感知*参加学术会议*出国或留学经历*践行西迁精神*知识产权侵害、进修学习需求*工作满意度*社会地位感知*~参加学术会议*~出国或留学经历*践行西迁精神*~知识产权侵害。根据核心条件分布特征,归纳为“内外支持型”和“资源综合利用型”,同样地,将产生非高科研竞争力5个组态归纳为“自我封闭型”和“意愿-资源薄弱型”两种类型。各因素的有效结合以“殊途同归”的方式提升高校青年科技人才产生科研竞争力,因此,学术生态的优化配置能提升高校青年科技人才科研竞争力。Scientific research competitiveness reflects the level and competitive advantage of scientific researchers,and the scientific researchcompetitiveness of young scientific and technological talents in universities is rooted in a good academic ecology.This study selected 216 young scientific and technological talents from universities in Shaanxi province as samples,applied the configuration thinking of fsQCA method,integrated the core elements of academic subjects and scientific research environment in the academic ecology,and explored the complex causal mechanism affecting the scientific research competitiveness.The research finds that there are 4 configurations that produce high scientific research competitiveness of young scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities,Need*~Satisfy*Status*Meeting*Abroad*Spirit*Property+Need*Satisfy*Meeting*Abroad*Spirit*~Property+~Need*Satisfy*Status*Meeting*Abroad*Spirit*Property+Need*Satisfy*Status*~Meeting*~Abroad*Spirit*~Property.According to the distribution characteristics of core conditions,it is summarized as“internal and external support type”and“comprehensive resource utilization type”.and similarly,the five configurations that generated non-high scientific research competitiveness were classified into two types:“self-closed type”and“willingness-resource weak type”.The effective combination of various factors can enhance the scientific research competitiveness of young scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities in the way of“different paths to the same end”,so the optimal allocation of academic ecology can enhance the scientific research competitiveness of young scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities.
