摘 要:创业不仅能提升经济绩效,促进经济增长,还能促进就业改善民生,是实现机会公平和社会纵向流动的重要渠道。研究聚焦于非正式学习对创业活动的影响,以及受教育水平的调节效应。基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,使用二元Logit回归检验了非正式学习与创业活动之间的关系,使用Probit评估模型的稳健性。结果表明,非正式学习会降低个体参与创业活动的概率。另外,随着受教育水平的提升,非正式学习对创业活动的影响会减弱。这在一定程度上反映了非正式学习内容与创业所需技能之间的不匹配,受教育水平的提高可能增加了个体的机会成本,降低了对创业风险的偏好,从而提供了更多的稳定职业选择。此外,随着受教育水平的提升,个体可能已经获得了足够的知识和技能,因此非正式学习不会显著增加创业概率,甚至可能因为时间和精力的分配问题而导致边际效益递减。Entrepreneurship can not only improve economic performance and promote economic growth,but also solve employment problems and improve people’s livelihoods.It is an important channel for achieving equal opportunities and vertical social mobility.The paper focuses on the impact of individuals’informal learning on entrepreneurial activities,with a special emphasis on the moderating role of educational attainment.Using data from the China General Social Survey(CGSS),the relationship between informal learning and entrepreneurial activities was examined through binary logit regression,and the model’s robustness was assessed via Probit evaluation.The findings suggest that informal learning decreases the probability of individuals engaging in entrepreneurial activities,and educational level does not increase the likelihood of undertaking entrepreneurial activities.Additionally,as the level of education increases,the impact of informal learning on entrepreneurial activities diminishes.This reflects,to some extent,the mismatch between the content of informal learning and the skills required for entrepreneurship.The increase in educational level may raise individuals’opportunity costs and reduce their preference for entrepreneurial risks,thereby providing more stable career choices.Furthermore,with higher levels of education,individuals may have already acquired sufficient knowledge and skills,so additional informal learning might not significantly increase the likelihood of entrepreneurship and could even lead to diminishing marginal benefits due to the allocation of time and energy.
