摘 要:为探究野生大豆抗逆机理,筛选耐涝野生大豆种质资源,以安徽省不同地区采集的16份野生大豆为试验材料,以不淹水为CK对照,对淹水胁迫处理下不同供试材料的3种抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)和叶绿素含量进行对比研究,结果表明:与对照比较,淹水胁迫下野生大豆体内的SOD、POD、CAT与叶绿素含量均有不同程度的降低;MDA与Pro含量均有不同程度的升高;叶片变黄时间差异较大,区间为7~18 d。经隶属函数综合评价,不同地区采集的野生大豆材料耐淹性表现差异较大,其中A3与A4耐淹能力强,F2耐淹能力最差。This study aims to decipher the flooding tolerance mechanism of wild soybean and screen out the soybean germplasm accessions with flooding tolerance.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT)and the levels of malondiadehyde(MDA),proline(Pro),and chlorophyll of 16 wild soybean germplasm accessions from different regions of Anhui Province were compared between non-flooding(CK)and flooding conditions.The results showed that compared with CK,the flooding treatment decreased the activities of SOD,POD,and CAT and the chlorophyll content,while increasing the MDA and Pro content.The days of 50%leaf yellowing varied within the interval of 7-18 days.The comprehensive analysis based on the subordinate function suggested that the germplasm accessions from different regions showed large differences in flooding tolerance.Specifically,the germplasm accessions from A3 and A4 areas had the strongest tolerance to flooding stress,and that from F2 area had the weakest tolerance.
