摘 要:采用浓度分别为300、500、700 mg/L的IBA、NAA、ABT溶液浸泡处理小果荨麻半木质化插穗,分析插穗扦插成苗过程中生根特征、成活率及相关生理指标,筛选出最适合小果荨麻扦插生根的植物生长调节剂及其浓度。结果表明:所有处理的插穗均可生根;扦插28 d,300 mg/L NAA、300 mg/L IBA处理的插穗成活率为100%,500 mg/L NAA、300 mg/L IBA、700 mg/L IBA、500 mg/L ABT生根数较多,300 mg/L IBA和700 mg/L IBA的根细长,500 mg/L NAA和500 mg/L ABT的根粗壮;扦插生根过程中,500 mg/L NAA和500 mg/L ABT处理呈现最佳的生根特性;扦插35 d,500 mg/L ABT处理插穗的MDA含量、CAT活性显著低于其他8个处理,SOD活性仅高于300 mg/L ABT和700 mg/L IBA处理,叶绿素含量低于其他8个处理;激素种类对小果荨麻插穗中叶绿素含量和插条内MDA含量的影响小于激素浓度,而插穗内CAT和SOD活性却受激素种类的影响更大。综合分析插穗生根特性及生理指标,适合小果荨麻扦插的3种激素浓度分别为500 mg/L NAA、700 mg/L IBA、500 mg/L ABT,以500 mg/L ABT最佳。Indolebutyric acid(IBA),naphthylacetic acid(NAA),and ABT rooting powder at concentrations of 300,500,and 700 mg/L were used to soak the semi-woody cuttings of Urtica atrichocaulis.The rooting characteristics,survival rate,and relevant physiological indexes were determined.The plant growth regulator and its concentration most suitable for the rooting of U.atrichocaulis cuttings were screened out.The results showed that U.atrichocaulis cuttings presented root formation in all treatments.On day 28,the survival rate of cuttings treated with 300 mg/L NAA and 300 mg/L IBA reached 100%.The treatments of 500 mg/L NAA,300 mg/L IBA,700 mg/L IBA,and 500 mg/L ABT showed a large number of roots.The treatments of 300 mg/L IBA and 700 mg/L IBA had slender roots,while those of 500 mg/L NAA and 500 mg/L ABT had robust roots.During the rooting of cuttings,500 mg/L NAA and 500 mg/L ABT treatments presented the best rooting characteristics.On day 35,the malondialdehyde(MDA)content,catalase(CAT)activity,and chlorophyll content of cuttings in the 500 mg/L ABT treatment were lower than those in the other eight treatments,while the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in the 500 mg/L ABT treatment was only higher than those in the 300 mg/L ABT and 700 mg/L IBA treatments.Hormone types exerted milder effects on the content of chlorophyll and MDA but stronger effects on the activities of CAT and SOD in the cuttings than hormone concentrations.Considering both rooting characteristics and physiological indexes of the cuttings,it was suggested that the three hormone concentrations suitable for U.atrichocaulis cuttings were 500 mg/L NAA,700 mg/L IBA,and 500 mg/L ABT,and 500 mg/L ABT was the best.
