摘  要:为探究在盐胁迫下氨基胍(AG)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对水稻幼苗形态及生理特性的影响,以RS01为试验材料,在盐胁迫/清水环境下于水稻1叶期对叶面喷施AG、GABA,以不加盐和喷清水为对照(CK)。结果表明,盐胁迫对水稻幼苗的生长产生了负面影响;在盐胁迫下,叶面喷施AG、GABA和AG+GABA后,都提高了水稻幼苗的株高、叶面积和茎基宽并促进了地上干物质的积累;在盐胁迫下,叶面喷施AG、GABA显著降低了水稻幼苗2叶期叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量,同时显著提高了2叶期幼苗叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)的活性。This study aims to reveal the effects of aminoguanidine(AG)andγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)on the morphology and physiological characteristics of rice seedlings under salt stress.AG and GABA were sprayed on the seedling leaves of the rice cultivar'RS01'under salt stress at the first-leaf stage.The group without salt stress and with the spraying of water was taken as the control(CK).The results showed that salt stress damaged the growth of rice seedlings.After spraying AG,GABA,and AG+GABA on the leaves,the plant height,leaf area,and stem base diameter of rice seedlings all increased,which promoted the accumulation of aboveground dry matter.Under salt stress,spraying AG and GABA on the leaves of rice seedlings significantly reduced the malondialdehyde(MDA)content while increasing the peroxidase(POD)activity in the leaves of rice seedlings at the second-leaf stage.
