摘  要:为探究不同采收时期和烘干温度对浙贝母品质的影响,该研究于2023年4—6月随机采收5批浙贝母,在50、55、60、65和70℃5个温度下进行烘干,并采用HPLC测定贝母素甲、贝母素乙和贝母辛3种生物碱的含量。结果表明:不同采收时期及不同烘干温度对浙贝母品质均有明显影响;其中4月16日采收的浙贝母中贝母素甲、贝母素乙和贝母辛的含量最高,其他采收时期的浙贝母中的有效成分均有一定程度的流失;5月16日采收的浙贝母的最佳烘干温度为50℃,其他批次浙贝母的最佳烘干温度有待进一步探究。This study aims to investigate the effects of different harvesting time and drying temperatures on the quality of Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus.Five batches of fresh samples of Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus were randomly harvested from April to June in 2023 and dried at 50℃,55℃,60℃,65℃,and 70℃.High performance liquid chromatography was employed to measure the content of peiminine A,peiminine B,and peimisine.The results showed that different harvesting time and drying temperatures affected the quality of Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus.The content of peiminine A,peiminine B,and peimisine was the highest in the samples harvested on April 16,and the active components were lost to different degrees in the samples harvested on other dates.The optimal drying temperature was 50℃for the samples harvested on May 16,and that of samples harvested on other dates remained to be studied.
