永州市生姜产业发展现状及建议

摘　　要：分析永州市生姜产业发展现状及存在问题,并为永州市生姜产业未来发展提供建议,以促进永州市生姜产业高质量、可持续发展。通过实地调研,从生姜种植面积、栽培品种、产量收益、市场价格、储存设施、栽培方式方面分析永州市生姜产业发展现状,发现永州市生姜产业发展存在的问题主要包括种性退化严重、储存管理不足、精深加工产业缺乏、市场调节监管不足等。在此基础上,提出永州市生姜产业未来发展建议:强化良种繁育,加强技术指导;完善储存设施,延长产业链条;健全市场管理,保证质量安全。The development status and existing problems of the ginger industry in Yongzhou City were analyzed,and relevant suggestions were put forward,so as to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the ginger industry in Yongzhou City.Through field investigation,the development status of the ginger industry in Yongzhou City was analyzed from the aspects of the ginger planting area,cultivar,yield and benefit,market price,storage facilities and cultivation methods.It was found that the problems in the development of the ginger industry in Yongzhou City mainly included serious species degradation,insufficient storage management,lack of the deep and intensive processing industry,and insufficient market regulation and supervision.Hence,the suggestions for the future development of the ginger industry in Yongzhou City were put forward:to strengthen the breeding of improved varieties,and strengthen the technical guidance;to improve storage facilities,and extend the industrial chain;to improve market management,and ensure quality and safety.
