摘 要:为了解光倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus hollandi)种群的生长和繁殖特性,从信江6个河段获取了258尾光倒刺鲃,分析其群体组成、体长-体质量关系、生长方程、性比、初次性成熟年龄和大小、成熟系数以及繁殖特性。结果表明,信江光倒刺鲃的冯·贝塔朗菲(Von Bertalanffy)生长方程为L_(t)=56.381×[1-e^(-0.266(t-0.058))]和W_(t)=3967.279×[1-e^(-0.266(t-0.0579))]^(2.605),生长拐点为3.68龄。信江光倒刺鲃258尾样本中有58尾雌鱼性腺成熟,绝对繁殖力为2923粒~13118粒,体长相对繁殖力为106粒/厘米~282粒/厘米,体质量相对繁殖力为6粒/克~12粒/克。信江光倒刺鲃的绝对繁殖力、体长相对繁殖力与体长、体质量、卵巢质量、空壳质量、成熟系数均呈现极显著的相关性(p<0.01)。信江光倒刺鲃为异速生长类型,分批非同步产卵,繁殖期为5月~10月。性腺发育情况是影响信江光倒刺鲃个体繁殖力最关键的因素。研究结果丰富了信江光倒刺鲃的生物学特征资料,可为信江野生光倒刺鲃资源的保护提供参考。In order to understand the growth and reproductive characteristics of theSpinibarbus hollandi population,258 Spinibarbus hollandi individuals were collected from six reaches of Xinjiang River.The population composition,length-weight relationship,growth equation,sex ratio,age and size of initial sexual maturity,maturity coefficient,and reproductive characteristics were analyzed.The results showed that the Von Bertalanffy growth equation of Spinibarbus hollandi in Xinjiang River Was L_(t)=56.381×[1-e^(-0.266(t-0.058))]and W_(t)=3967.279×[1-e^(-0.266(t-0.0579))]^(2.605),with a growth inflection point of 3.68 years old.Among the 258 samples of Spinibarbus hollandi in Xinjiang River,58 female fish had mature gonads,with an absolute reproductive capacity of 2923 to 13118 ova,a length-relative fecundity of 106 to 282 ova/cm,and a weight-relative fecundity of 6 to 12 ova/g.The correlation between absolute reproductive capacity,length-relative reproductive capacity of Spinibarbus hollandi in Xinjiang River and its body length,body weight,ovarian weight,empty shell weight,maturity coefficient were all extremely significant(p<0.01).Spinibarbus hollandi in Xinjiang River was of an allometric growth type,laying eggs asynchronously in batches,with a breeding period from May to October.The development of gonads was the most critical factor affecting the individual reproductive capacity of Spinibarbus hollandi in Xinjiang River.The research results have enriched the biological characteristics of Spinibarbus hollandi in Xinjiang River and provided reference for the conservation of wild resources of Spinibarbus hollandi in Xinjiang River.
