摘  要:以上饶白玉豆种子为试验材料,采用10%聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG)模拟干旱胁迫的方法,研究了不同浓度(0 mg/L、5 mg/L、10 mg/L、15 mg/L、20 mg/L、25 mg/L)的萘乙酸(naphthaleneacetic acid,NAA)对模拟干旱胁迫下上饶白玉豆种子萌发及其幼苗根系生长的影响。结果表明:模拟干旱胁迫极显著抑制了上饶白玉豆种子的萌发(p<0.01),5 mg/L~20 mg/L的NAA可极显著提高模拟干旱胁迫下上饶白玉豆种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数(p<0.01)。随着NAA浓度的增加,上饶白玉豆种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均呈“先增后降”的变化趋势,当NAA浓度达到10 mg/L时,上饶白玉豆种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均达到最高值;模拟干旱胁迫极显著抑制了上饶白玉豆幼苗的根系生长(p<0.01),10 mg/L~20 mg/L的NAA可显著提高模拟干旱胁迫下上饶白玉豆幼苗的根长、侧根数、根毛长度、根毛直径和根毛密度(p<0.05)。与其他NAA浓度相比,15 mg/L的NAA可极显著促进上饶白玉豆幼苗的根系生长(p<0.01);模拟干旱胁迫可极显著降低上饶白玉豆幼苗根系的超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性、提高其脯氨酸(proline,Pro)和丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)的含量,加剧了其细胞膜质过氧化的程度。10 mg/L~20 mg/L的NAA可显著提高上饶白玉豆幼苗根系的抗氧化酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性和Pro含量、显著降低其MDA含量,减轻了模拟干旱胁迫对上饶白玉豆幼苗根系的伤害,其中,15 mg/L NAA的缓解效果最佳。因此,10 mg/L NAA有利于干旱胁迫下白玉豆的种子萌发,而15 mg/L NAA有利于干旱胁迫下白玉豆幼苗的根系生长。By using Shangrao Baiyu bean seeds as experimental materials and using 10%polyethylene glycol(PEG)to simulate drought stress,the effect of different concentrations(0 mg/L,5 mg/L,10 mg/L,15 mg/L,20 mg/L,25 mg/L)of naphthylacetic acid(NAA)on seed germination and seedling root growth of Shangrao Baiyu beans under simulated drought stress was studied.The results showed that simulated drought stress significantly inhibited the germination of Shangrao Baiyu bean seeds(p<0.01),and NAA at concentrations of 5 mg/L to 20 mg/L significantly increased the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of Shangrao Baiyu bean seeds under simulated drought stress(p<0.01).With the increase of NAA concentration,the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of Shangrao Baiyu bean seeds showed a trend of“first increasing and then decreasing”.When the NAA concentration reached 10 mg/L,the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of Shangrao Baiyu bean seeds reached their highest values;Simulated drought stress significantly inhibited the root growth of Shangrao Baiyu bean seedlings(p<0.01),while NAA at concentrations of 10 mg/L to 20 mg/L significantly increased the root length,lateral root number,root hair length,root hair diameter,and root hair density of Shangrao Baiyu bean seedlings under simulated drought stress(p<0.05).Compared with other NAA concentrations,15 mg/L NAA significantly promoted the root growth of Shangrao Baiyu bean seedlings(p<0.01);Simulating drought stress could significantly reduce the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT)in the root system of Shangrao Baiyu bean seedlings,increase the content of proline(Pro)and malondialdehyde(MDA),and exacerbate the degree of membrane peroxidation.NAA at concentrations ranging from 5 mg/L to 20 mg/L significantly increased the antioxidant enzyme(SOD,POD,and CAT)activity and Pro content in the root system of Shangrao Baiyu bean seedlings,while significantly reducing their MDA content
