摘  要:针对海上采用淡水压裂液限制压裂规模且经济性差、海水中富钙镁离子引起胍胶类稠化剂难溶胀、交联不稳定、破胶困难、对储层伤害严重的难题,研究形成了基于南海W气藏就地海水配制的耐170℃高温的清洁压裂液配方(0.90%稠化剂BCG-1+1%稠化增效剂B-55+0.05%破乳剂WD-6+0.2%助溶剂B-160+1%助流剂LCJ-1+0.3%金属离子螯合剂BCG-5)。按照石油天然气行业标准进行的室内实验评价结果显示,该压裂液体系弹性特征非常明显,在170℃、170 s^(-1)测试条件下剪切2 h后,黏度仍然保持在30 mPa·s以上;砂比为30%的30/50陶粒支撑剂基本能够完全悬浮,地层水稀释作用可破胶、采用过硫酸铵破胶剂及胶囊交联剂可调节破胶时间;破胶液表面张力低于26.6 mN/m,残渣含量低至26.3 mg/L,破胶液岩心伤害率不到8%(远低于水基冻胶伤害率32.5%)。该体系粘弹性好、悬砂能力强、清洁性能优,能够满足W气藏170℃地层采用就地海水直接配液的压裂作业要求。In view of the challenges of limited fracturing scale and poor economics due to the use of fresh water fracturing fluids at sea,as well as the difficulties caused by rich calcium and magnesium ions in seawater,such as poor swelling of guanidine gum thickeners,unstable cross-linking,difficult glue breaking,and severe damage to the reservoir,a new clean fracturing fluid with 170℃high temperature resistance was developed based on the local seawater of W Gas Reservoir in the South China Sea,i.e.0.90%densifier(BCG-1)+1%thickening synergist(B-55)+0.05%demulsifier(WD-6)+0.2%cosolvent(B-160)+1%low promotor(LCJ-1)+0.3%chelator(BCG-5).The results of laboratory tests in accordance with oil and gas industry standards show that the elastic characteristics of the fracturing fluid system are very obvious.The viscosity remained above 30 mPa·s after 2 h shear at 170℃,170 s^(-1) test condition;the 30/50 mesh ceramsite with concentration 30%is almost completely suspended.The fracturing fluid could be broken in the formation water,and glue breaking time can be adjusted by using APS and capsule compound glue breaking agent.The surface tension of glue breaker is lower than 26.6 mN/m,and residue content as low as 26.3 mg/L.The core damage rate of glue breaking liquid is less than 8%(much lower than the damage rate of water based gels 32.5%).The fracturing fluid has good viscoelasticity,strong sand suspension ability and excellent cleaning performance,which can meet the requirements of the fracturing operation of the 170℃ formation of W Gas Reservoir using seawater directly.
