摘  要:为了解决渤海油田钻井过程中经常遇见的井眼缩径、变形、井壁台阶等问题,带切削功能的新型倒划眼扶正器便应运而生。基于ANSYS对扶正器机械强度进行详细理论计算,65 mm宽度刀翼新型倒划眼扶正器的极限抗拉载荷和抗扭载荷能够满足钻井的实际需要;对其进行试验井和现场试验,与常规扶正器相比,新型倒划眼扶正器起钻效率明显高于常规扶正器。In order to solve the problems of borehole shrinkage,deformation,and wellbore steps during drilling in Bohai Oilfield,a new type of reverse reaming centralizer with cutting function was developed.Through theoretical calculation of the mechanical strength of the centralizer by ANSYS,the ultimate tensile load and torsional load of the new type of 65 mm width blade centralizer can meet the field requirements.The test well and field test results show that the tripping efficiency of the new type of reverse reaming centralizer is significantly higher than that of the conventional centralizer.
