摘　　要：文章以2013—2022年中国沪深A股上市公司为研究对象,基于完整创新链视角,采用链式中介效应模型,实证考察数字化转型对全要素生产率的影响。研究发现:数字化转型对全要素生产率具有显著的正向影响,且存在“数字化转型—创新投入—全要素生产率”“数字化转型—创新绩效—全要素生产率”和“数字化转型—创新投入—创新绩效—全要素生产率”三条路径;进一步研究发现,在上述路径中,内部控制和专业化分工在数字化转型与创新绩效之间发挥了部分中介作用;数字化转型对全要素生产率的影响在企业规模、行业特征以及地区差异方面存在异质性。研究结论对提升企业创新能力,推动经济高质量发展具有重要意义。This essay examines the impact of digital transformation on total factor productivity by analyzing Chinese Ashare listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen spanning the period from 2013 to 2022,employing a chain mediation effect model within the framework of a comprehensive innovation chain perspective for empirical analysis.Research findings:digital transformation exerts a significant positive impact on total factor productivity,as evidenced by three distinct pathways:"digital transformation—innovation investment—total factor productivity","digital transformation—innovation performance—total factor productivity",and"digital transformation—innovation investment—innovation performance—total factor productivity".Further analysis reveals that internal control and specialization serve as partial mediators in the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance within these pathways.Moreover,the impact of digital transformation on total factor productivity exhibits heterogeneity across variables such as firm size,industry characteristics,and regional disparities.The research findings are crucial for enhancing corporate innovation capabilities and fostering high-quality economic development.
